Every rebuild Kelsey Machine Services performs is backed by our 24-month written warranty — twice the industry standard. This isn't a verbal promise or a marketing tagline. It's a written commitment included in your repair documentation package, and we honor it.
What's Covered
- All components replaced or restored during the repair are warranted against defects in workmanship for 24 months from the date of return shipment.
- If a warranted component fails during the warranty period, we will repair or replace it at no charge.
- Coverage includes the rebuilt rotating assembly, bearings, seals, gaskets, and any machined surfaces we restored.
What's Not Covered
- Damage caused by improper installation, misalignment, or contamination after delivery.
- Damage from operating the equipment outside its rated design conditions (pressure, speed, temperature, or load).
- Damage from process upsets, water hammer, dry running, or operational conditions outside our control.
- Wear components on parts we did not replace (we'll tell you on the inspection report what we did and did not touch).
How to Make a Claim
If you suspect a warranty issue, call us at 346-350-1464. Have your repair documentation handy — it includes the warranty serial number, the components replaced, and our as-left dimensions. We'll work with you to assess the issue and schedule warranty service.
